Nice days!
This week is so tensed and meetings are packed as usual. It's hard to squeeze time to do the actual work. Once my boss lectured the whole team and said ' we cannot let the email dictate us!'. Haa, thoughI think this is an inevitable issue yet it's really true. I believe everyone of us is being flooded with emails everyday and somehow feel tensed to get them all read and replied (except those junk email, but luckily my office email is clean!). Mom said I got a messy palm that I think too much and am leading a really hard and busy life. Though people may want to enjoy leisure time and have a job that gives you freedom, I would rather have a job that make me feel myself energized and useful!
The past weekends are really cool for me. It started with a chilly jogging with Hank. He's a very good athlete when he's in school and I was never a person who would pick up any sports. Such 'good' match make this jogging day so funny as I can't even continue to run slowly for 5 min while Hank said he's not yet warmed up! The scenery was good there. Hank suggested to have BBQ at the same place that night, such spontaneous decision was exciting to me and we enjoyed the chilly BBQ night so much!
The sunday just past, me and my family have a great day cycling from Ma On Shan to Tai Po and we managed to make a return trip even my parents haven't rode bicycle for 10 something years! It's my little brother's 3rd time of long riding day and I was surprised that he's riding with such good skills that he's always in front of me! On the way back, I met my friend who's now working as a pathological doctor at Tuen Mun hospital. Seems like she's leading a good life with working hours 9 to 5. Who said all doctors are having crazy hours?? Anyway, it's a good day and I went to Hank's home to have dinner that night. The gathering with his family is warm and crowded. If is what a family should do!!! Will I be able to make mine as such?!
My brother's gf would be coming to stay at our home this friday, hope she enjoy the first chinese new year in Hong Kong!
