I remember during a chat with mom, she taught me that to work is to learn how to compromise and survive in a group of people with different personalities. The key message is the realisation of different personalities and diversities in this world that we need to live up with. It's not a small colony of same type of creature living together afterall! It's like a slap on the face, I suddenly find out the reason why I always feel people around me are bizzare and wild, it's only me viewing everything in such a narrow angle. I still need some good practices.
